This this -30 North Dakota weather is getting to me, I had to create a card tonight that would warm me up....totally reminds me of summer!  The Cherry Emboss Powder I used on the watermelon even makes it smell yummy!  Bring on the warmer temps, please!

Inspired by friendship

Today's cards were inspired from a great adventure I took with a dear friend, Angie this past year....going Up, Up & Away in a hot air balloon in Medora, ND. I am very lucky to have such special friends in my life.  I have been blessed to go to Medora for the past 3 years and spend 4 fantastic days Scrapbooking with friends. I get to hang out with 25 amazing people who inspire me, truely a trip I look forward to every year! Another great bonus, the weekend we go is also the Hot Air Balloon Festival, lucky us!

Prepping for a busy Sale-A-Bration

I have busy, busy plans for Sale-A-Bration this year and I am trying to prepare early for the craziness.   The main thing is I have to re-do my display board as many of my current sets displayed are from the prior mini.  Meaning, I have been busy playing with new Stampin' Up designer papers, stamps and accessories from our new Occasions Mini that started January 4th.  Then to make it even sweeter I get to play with some of the new Sale-A-Bration items.  Yeah!  Sale-A-Bration starts January 24th....every $50 you spend you can earn one Sale-A-Bration item.  My favorite time of year!!  Here is what I have been working on....

Gearing up for Valentine's Day
