Gearing up for Valentine's Day

Here is a couple cards I made tonight, trying to get inspired for my Valentine's Class I am doing in a few weeks.  Still haven't decided on what I want to do.....love the "heartfelt thanks", I used the designer paper "Play Date" from Stampin' Up Clearance Rack $1.99 (Reg. $10.95)  Great deal, cute card!

Last Minute Valentine's

Here are a couple quick Valentine's I completed tonight in between packing for Arizona. Where I find the time I don't know...I'm sure when I realize I forgot to pack someone's underware and socks I will regret all the last minute chaos. Then again, I might just thrive on chaos??

Valentine Madness

Busy getting Valentine cards and goodies ready for the busy week ahead. Adison had to bring goodies tomorrow for school so I made Heart Rice Krispies on a stick....first time making these, I was pretty impressed how simple and cute they are. The twins also wrote out all their Valentine Cards, which was pretty fun as they "LOVE" to write. I also had time to make a quick card myself. This is my little "Penguin" friend...Enjoy!

Project Details: Rice Krispies with melted white chocolate frosting, sprinkles, cookie stick, covered with sandwich baggie (which I cut down) and tied with Stampin' Up Polka Dotted Ribbon.

Today's card I have to confess is not my "original" work, it has been cased from user flowerbugnd1 on splitcoast. I saw this card today as I was trying to get inspired and I thought why not make one of my own!! Enjoy....

Sweet Treats

Another one of my donations for the silent auction...this heart candy dish is full of of covered peppermint patties. I used my new favorite "Heart" Stamp Set, I (heart) Hearts out of the Occasions Mini. The tag was super simple because of the acrylic blocks. I would never have been able to line up the saying inside the heart like that otherwise! Nothing could be sweeter....

I'm so excited for Valentine's Day after making this "Super" cute Mailbox today. I've been hoarding these mail boxes for a couple years now...I think I bought 50 of them at Target at the time. I've used a few, but for sure have a lifetime supply!! This Valentine Gift Set is a donation for a Silent Auction & Chocolate Fantasy Fundraiser for the Abuse Resource Center in Lisbon, ND. I was excited to use all my "New" stamp sets out of the Occasions Mini and I have to confess I LOVE our new acrylic blocks!!!! I can't get enough of them!! What I love is that our SU stamps are still rubber, but they go on and off these awesome acrylic blocks....Super easy to store!! The cases are amazing with the design on the outside, which saves me time when searching for a stamp set. Now if only I could change out my 300+ wood mounted stamp sets sitting in my closet. UGH! If you haven't tried these new stamps...it is a must! Hope everyone is having a fantastic week....Enjoy!
